II. Machine Specification
1. Automatic cuplock scaffolding welding machine is designed to weld lower cup and stopper.
2. This is a highly automated welding equipment.
3. Programmable welding program. The system automatically stores and recalls welding programs, and can save 50 different welding programs.
4. The entire solution includes 2 welding equipment. One machine is used to weld the cuplock and the other is used to weld the stopper. Sellers can purchase the overall welding solution, also can separately purchase the cuplock welding solution and stopper welding solution.
5. Pipes can be installed manually. The machine can also be designed to install pipes automatically.
6. Welding 1 cuplock requires 1 welding gun, and welding 1 stopper requires 2 welding guns.
7. It is recommended to buy a machine with welding fixtures. The top cup and lower cup can be installed in fixtures to prevent the top cup from moving and affecting the welding effect.
8. The stopper can be installed in the storage box advance. It can store 20 stoppers. The machine can continuously weld 20 scaffolding. Engineer will design storage box according to stopper diameter and length.
9. The stopper welding solution is designed with an automatic discharge device. The scaffolding can be automatically separated outside the machine.
